Menstrual Cycle Awareness is an integral part of embodiment for all menstruators. When you understand your body and its natural seasons and cycles, you allow yourself to be truly cyclical instead of linear in all aspects of your life. By honouring your body, I believe that you open yourself up to experience more pleasure in your life. We're cyclical beings and we go through light and dark each month as we are given opportunities to rest and opportunities to shine. You'll learn how to:
